The idea for Tandem was born out of the realisation that many businesses don’t have the time or the resources to plan, undertake or implement strategic services that should be at the heart of their decision making processes. We work with businesses who need some strategic guidance, but have yet been unable to identify the right solutions.
Our collective was founded out of a common frustration with the big agency offering. Tandem offers a business partnership like no other: it's flexible, seamless, fully integrated and method neutral, something that is genuinely hard to find. Working in partnership with Tandem alleviates the stresses and strains of everyday business life, allowing the in-house teams to focus on their day jobs with the reassurance that their business strategies are in the safe, reliable hands of people who truly understand.

With a broad current business portfolio, with a variety of sectoral interests, Russell operates to a single core theme – helping businesses to understand their potential AND to achieve it.

Alison is an experienced Market Research Professional with 15 years experience that has seen her work across positions in London media owners, agencies and Market Research agencies. Throughout her career, Alison has been privileged to work with a range of companies at different stages of their business journey, from high profile brands to new start-ups.
Alison specialises in utilising data intelligence and consumer insights to understand customer behaviour and opinion that provides commercially actionable, strategic solutions to business challenges.
